Anywhere quiet in Southwest Spain?

Maybe I'm looking for the impossible, but I'm trying to arrange a wee trip that'll keep both me and my wife happy. She wants to visit Seville and Cadiz, I want somewhere quiet to stay.
She's not bothered where we stay, as long as she can be within driving distance of the two cities for a couple of days and evenings out. I just want a quiet Airb&b type place, edge of village with a couple of quiet bars/restaurants, peace to read and some nice walks. Neither of us want a resort type place, sea or lake would be a bonus, but no big commercial beaches.
We'll be going in September and will have a car.
Any suggestions?

I stayed in a wonderful villa in El Gastor in 2019. It looks equidistant to Seville & Cadiz.
It was a friend's holiday and they invited Mrs F and me for the weekend - a little too quite for me but they liked it.
Surrounded by a few lakes and a mountain. Looked up one day and counted in excess of 90 vultures!
