Following the announcement today that airports are (apparently) scrapping the compulsary wearing of face masks has anyone seen anything relating to travel via ferries?
We're travelling Poole - Cherbourg next Monday so would be good not to have to 'mask up'......

I assume that's Brittany Ferries, so they're effectively French and apply French rules.

The Brittany Ferries website will tell you what the rules are now, and if they're changing soon.

Was on Brittany Ferries at the weekend and all the staff still wearing them but amongst passengers was sporadic and much less of the frowning going on at people not wearing them. I think the French are generally fed up with it!
