TUI to the USA and queues at regional (UK) airports

So it would appear that some of the queues that are being seen at BHX / MAN / NCL / EDI / GLA etc are more related to the issues that TUI have caused themselves by not having their API collection system working for their US bound flights.

I travel BHX-MLB in a couple of weeks time (bargain deal, so shouldn't complain too much) and just spoke with their API people about why I cannot add my Redress number to my booking (or accommodation address as it happens) and was told by them that EVERY passenger group is having to do this via paper at desk checkin!

They don't have any ETA on getting this resolved either - utter madness!
