Tenerife travel update - April

Hi all, just returned from a family holiday to Tenerife. Thought a travel update might be interesting for some. Travelled on Easter Monday, came back today through Gatwick.
Travel through Gatwick was Very easy. 20
Mins to get airside, and that’s dragging a 6 and 10 year old behind me!
Tenerife south airport was slick. 20 mins for passport control. Covid vaccination status not really checked. Just flashed a QR code off my phone, Covid checking guy waved me past from 2 or 3 metres away, didn’t really check the Mrs, and wasn’t close enough to see the detail of mine.
Coming back through Tenerife, 10 mins to get airside. Airport very quiet. Walked past 10 or so deserted gates to get to our flight back to Gatwick. Only flight at that end of airport (midday flight).
On the whole easier than pre Covid!
