Gatwick Airport lounges
Discussion
Mrs DG was looking at booking a departure lounge for our forthcoming holiday using the 'benefit' of a Dragon pass (courtesy of a Barclays account) but from being priced £5 admin fee they seem to have shot up to £36 (discounted rate) for 2. In both our minds this really doesn't seem worthwhile - may as well grab a long/leisurely bite to eat at Giraffe etc.
Anyone have any recent lounge advice to share or is that now the price of all of them?

Honestly I wouldn't bother. Lounges at Gatwick tend to be overcrowded depending on the time of day, which rather detracts from a leisurely experience.Anyone have any recent lounge advice to share or is that now the price of all of them?
Food is generally a cheapish buffet with some free booze if thats your thing.

cheers that was the way we were leaning to be honest (especially since neither of us really drink) - mind you that might be why the prices have increased (keep riffraff like Mrs DG and I out.... well me mainly )Food is generally a cheapish buffet with some free booze if thats your thing.
