Travel to US, Covid Recovery and Verifly.. any experience?

Travelling to NY this week.
Flying with BA and using the Verifly App, it asks for an attestation form to please completed. We have just had covid (tested positive 15th) so obtained a recovery certificate rather than risk a test.
The electronic attestation form says to attest to the fact that you have had a negative test, and doesn't give you the option to say you have recovered. Although the full manual attestation form does.
Anyone Been in a similar boat? Can I just attest to having a negative result??
