Is my phone bill going to be huge after a week in France?

I've not paid much/any attention to roaming charges etc since Brexit.

Off to France on Saturday, I'm with Vodafone. Is it a case of turning all data etc off to avoid a huge bill when I get home, or will I be ok?

I think if you've got a pre-Brexit tariff it's still free.

Mine is post-Brexit and it cost me £2/day when I was there last week for unlimited mins/texts and 25GB (although every message was vague on the timespan the 25GB applied to).

You might need to activate it but they do a daily charge (£3 iirc) to use your contract abroad. You only get charged on the days you use it.

Ah ok, thanks, I'll have a look at what my tarriff is, been ages since I checked!

You should be fine - when you land/arrive - you’ll get a txt msg from Vodaphone telling you what the terms are. This is what I received on Friday -
