I am flying with Virgin next week with a service animal and need them to confirm details for entry.
All the numbers I have tried just disconnect or stay on hold.

Good luck with getting through to anyone at Virgin at the moment. Lose the will to live trying. Sorry I haven't helped but I share your frustration.

If anyone from Virgin is reading, 2.5 hours is too long to wait on hold. Perhaps offer to call back, rather than forcing customers to listen to inane hold music. Thank you.

It still has lots of choices for numbers for Virgin Atlantic. I don't know if any of them work, though.

Have to defend virgin, they are stretched to say the least. Thankfully iam enrolled in a virgin club program, last calls took no longer than two minutes.
If you plan on using virgin again, maybe enrol. Won’t help you this time though and can understand if you don’t!!

I have been a flying club member for over 30 years. Doesn't seem to make any difference at the moment.
Blaming Covid two years out seems like a poor excuse...

Lol. That’s the way to do it. Our local broadband provider was bought recently by a large London company. I’ve spent over a week trying to get them to provide some actual service, they don’t do service apparently, the local company used to but that doesn’t seem to be a thing any more now they’ve been devoured. Anyway, I got hold of the CEO’s e-mail address and he rang me back within half an hour.

The Virgin Atlantic booking system is down at the moment. Lots of site errors.
I am back on hold with their appalling phone system. Wish me luck...

Good luck, I've also been a flying club member for a long time, 1m+ points sitting there, not that it makes a difference. However, finding it really hard to actually use the points on flights I want.

I had a few flights booked pre-covid which were cancelled. Annoyingly my oldest has turned 2 since then so more points and more money to go to the same place.

Have you tried Twitter, stressing special assistance and the urgency?

We used WhatsApp in the past but I just looked and they've discontinued it.

Was reminded of this thread after thinking calling at 10pm would beat the queues... I was still on hold at 1am!

However, 2 adults, a child and a lap infant, Manchester to Orlando next month, out in Premium back in Upper... £1,900 and 270,000 points. It was worth the hold time.
