Our lad is 15 when we are proposing to fly to Turkey next year but he will be 16 on the day we return.

Certain airlines have a child policy of up to 15 years of age.

Therefore do I book him as a child for the journey or as an adult?

Anyone have any experience of this?

They will ask age on date of return when booking so you may be stuffed, move the holiday a few days ?

As above, it's usually the age when returning.

The airline I am looking at do not make any price allowance anyway so it doesnt affect the booking smile
