holiday sun in October

im looking for some holiday sun for a week in october, 2 adults on ekid, maybe somewhere in Europe, any advice greatly welcomes.

Cyprus is still hot and sunny in October. My Mrs has been out in October and she says the weather is great then, just slightly cooled off from the mad summer heat.

Canaries? Fuerteventura was lovely when we there, in Nov Dec last year.
