Genuinely late holiday deals?

Just debating heading off somewhere very last minute this weekend. Ideally somewhere hot.
Where do the PH masses go for genuinely last minute holiday deals and does anyone have any examples for this weekend?

Done a couple by ringing the airport and speaking to tge relevant tour operators.
My parents loomed for a last min holiday and most travel agents were trying to charge an extra £50 late booking fee due to them making no money on the last min deals which does kind of defeat the whole idea :s

Unsure where you are, but I've heard off people rocking up at the Barrhead Travel shop in Glasgow Airport and getting very cheap holidays by flying out a few hours later.

Did Teletext this time last year (well just before the school holidays) told them what I was after (budget wise) and they gave me options. When I put the phone down I had 24 hours until my flight was taking off to Greece
