Holiday recommendations for Greece/Croatia with a 1 yr old

Morning all,

Want to go away in September, and looking for a good beach hotel in Greece or Croatia that can cater for an infant. Ideally with a bit of all inclusive if possible.

Any recommendations would be great as Trip Advisor is beginning to make my brain ache.

Elounda in Crete is a very nice part of the island, been there twice with my wife and loved it.

Stayed here one of the times and its very nice, the other hotel we stayed in was nicer but its an adults only hotel so would be no use to you.
