holiday at the end of summer, any idea?

hey guys, never really go away in summer so i don't have much experience on this!

the criteria is;

hot sunny, and beaches
half board or all inclusive
between 1-2k per person for say 8-10 days

looking to go end of aug

Pretty much anywhere in the Med based on those criteria!

Any other 'nice to haves'? i.e. views, culture, food, sightseeing, shopping etc?

Might have to narrow it down a bit! You could go anywhere from Cornwall to Cancun!

i know its horribly generic! i was actually looking at cancun or around that bit of mexico, but isn't it overly hot around august? if its good weather thats where i'm considering!
