Micro sim for USA use
Discussion
I'm off to NYC for a week at the end of next month and I would like to be able to use my iPhone for maps and picking up info on the net. Rather than risk a heart stopping bill for data use I'm thinking of getting a pay as you go sim. I'm not fussed about making calls and text.
I've seen AT&T sims on ebay or not much cash http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/MICRO-USA-US-AT-T-PAY-YO...
I've had a look at AT&T's website but I can't seem to find out how much the data costs. Can anyone help with what it will cost or have any other suggestions?
For info I have a iPhone 4 that I bought directly from apple so it should be unlocked and I have a contract with O2.

You can just cut a normal sim to fit, it does work

you can then use whatever one is the cheapest

Cut down a US t mobile prepay (aka pay as you go) to fit a micro sim slot. You can select a $3/day unlimited data calls and texts plan and it works great. You can switch back to normal pay as you go at any time from the browser.
Just double check that your iphone is compatible with the t mobile US frequencies, buy a sim from ebay or in any t mobile store, and you are good to go.
