Frankfurt Stag party. Please help

Hi, I'm looking for some advice please.
Around 20 of us (from 30 to 50 years old) are travelling from Scotland to Frankfurt for a Stag party. We are suppose to be staying in the Excelsior Hotel, is this in a good location for pubs/clubs? We have time to try changing Hotels if anyone has a better suggestion (I've reserched the internet but it appears pubs/clubs are quite spread out in Frankfurt?).
Is there any good activities we could do? We are going on a Thursday and returning on a Sunday evening.
