What trips do you have planned for 2012?

It is starting to get cold and slightly depressing at this time of year, so of course I've started manking plans for holidays in 2012!

Just booked flights to visit Washington and Oregon in January and have plans to travel a bit more in Korea then go a bit silly after my contract here ends. Plan is to visit the Phillipines, Tokyo, Beijing, train across China then Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, maybe Bangkok again.

So what are your 2012 plans?

Driving round the Sourh of France in the summer. Did it last year and it was fantastic.

I'm going to Borneo for 2 weeks in February. I'm spending 5 days touring it by motorbike. Then I've got 5 days to myself to explore and take in all that its got to offer. Can't wait.

2012 is a big travel year with getting married in May. I like when winter is coming as it means skiing is just around the corner.

Ski at Christmas (technically not 2012 though!)

February off for a week to Kitzbuhel with my other half for some skiing.

Stag do the end of March to St Anton (also Austria).

Honeymoon is 5 weeks. 4 weeks touring around SA including safari then a week at the end of it in Mauritius to chill out. Beyond that I don’t know yet as can’t see past the wedding/honeymoon, financially and leave wise at the moment…..

Skiing in February in La Clusaz, and need to be back in the UK for my Mum's THIRD wedding on 31 March, long Stag weekend in Berlin early June for my brother, my now annual pilgrimage to Le Mans, of course, and back to the UK for my brother's wedding early August. *pauses for breath!*

I'm also supposed to be spending 3 months working in Singapore, KL and Hong Kong, which I'd hoped would be over the school Summer holidays so my family could go with me. My brother's wedding date has now put the brakes on that idea. Bummer.

So, now our Summer holidays will likely end up being some God forsaken package deal flying out of the UK.

I want to do Colombia but the trip I was planning is no longer running, so may have to do either Mexico, Belize & Guatemala or Argentina & Brazil. Or maybe Nicaragua & Costa Rica. Or maybe back to Cuba!

Bratislava for a stag do....

And a couple of trips to Munich & Austria.

And a few weekends away.

Need to plan a summer holiday too, perhaps the French Alps.

Barcelona at Christmas, not technically 2012 I know.

Maybe York for 2 nights in Feb.

Summer- possibly Eastern Europe or a tour of Croatia and Slovenia. Would like to go back to Morocco as well at some point.

Starting quite early this year, 2nd January heading to Beijing, Tianjin, Haerbin, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, then back for a few days, off to Kitzbuehel for the ski season, back late March for a few days, then Beijing again, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Hong Kong.

After April, I'm not sure yet.

Phuket in December next year for the Kings Cup, Possibly Pattaya for Top of the Gulf Regatta in May, New Year in Buri Ram, and guess there will have to be some sort of Spa / Shopping holiday ion there for SWMBO

Going to Argelès-sur-Mer in the south of France for a couple of weeks in June and heading to Florida for just under 3 weeks in Sept/October. Cannot bloody wait.

Probably a few work trips thrown in somewhere too.

Got Florida for 2 weeks in May booked, I'd imagine a week in Spain in July will happen as well.
