Booking business travel flights
Discussion
Does anybody use a good agency to book flights and hotekls overseas?
I have been asked to fly to Dubai to run a short morning course on a Monday, then another in Geneva on the Wednesday and Paris on the Thursday. I need hotels the night before each course.
I would like someone to do all the organising of the travel and hotel.

http://www.etontravel.com/ - used them from 2 different companies, always came up trumps.
HOWEVER
It will always be cheaper to do the leg work yourself.

I guess so but a client is paying! If they pay me an alowance I may be motivated to get the price down but don't relise it as it is a three leg Dubai-Paris-Geneva and home week.HOWEVER

Just do it on Expedia and/or your preferred airline's site?
I always find that by the time I've explained to a travel agent what I want and they've come back with options I might as well have just done it myself... but it is times like that that I miss having a decent assistant to take care of it...
