Hi All,

I have been back from Toronto & New York for 4 days (3 week holiday) now and my body clock is still all over the place.

This has never happened to me before, please help.

I make sure I am going to sleep in the evening but I simply do not fall asleep. Then when it is about 4am I fall asleep and wake at 10am !!!!

I make sure I am not sleeping durning the day.......I feel tired and zombie like, what can I do!

Help?!?!

try and eat at the correct times of day. when I travel I dont eat anything on the plane ( because it usually comes back again) however I have found that jet lag is not as much of a problem. I was in China for 25days last year and didnt have any problems with the jet lag in either direction. Eating helps sync your body clock again, so maybe set your alarm clock for breakfast at your usual time and get up and eat it. You may be tired but after the day of normal eating patterns it should hopefully help you get back to normal.
