Boat charter Ibiza

Hello! Myself and a mixed group of 8 (all 25 - 30) others (mainly couples) are going to Ibiza for the first time next week.

We have all always wanted to go but none of us have ever wanted to slum it in a dive of a hotel. So have rented a nice private villa out for the week.

After a discussion with my other half we think it would be a nice idea for a day out to charter a sailing boat for the day and sail to a nice bay for the day. Does anyone have any contacts etc for this? And are we being tight arses as our budget is about €1000?

If this is possible please let me know!

Depending what they're sailing on, and where from, might not be feasible in a day.
