Been keeping fish for about 8 years, got a 120 litre tank (Aquael) and have had to move it due to doing a load of decorating, new floors etc.
So thinking of starting afresh, current tank is temporarily living in the garage, however the unit it was on sustained some damage so now its just a tank, so really need a new one.
Any suggestions as to whats a good brand, am thinking of going a bit bigger, maybe to 180 to 240 litres, does that bring any other changes other than taking more cleaning.
Looked at a Juwel Rio and it seemed a bit cheaply made, lid was a bit flimsy, any other brands better in that respect.
And then what to keep, currently just have 2 Silver Dollars who are 8 years old, a few Zebra Danios, 2 * convict Cichlids (which were a mistake as not suitable for a community tank and the fish shop changed their rating after I bought them) 1 Tiger barb and a few others. Not going Marine, so maybe Cichlids ?
