Woman's weekly - breed your dog, a nice little earner
Discussion
Ive got a bulldog, not the most energetic of breeds but can easily do a 20 min walk 3 times a day, plus plenty of running and jumping on furniture at home, mine was from someone who tries to get rid of bad traits and all hers (my dogs mum, nan, and great nan) are still going strong,
Someone local breeds them and they all look a mess, hardly able to walk, rolls of skin, she has a white range rover and whiter teeth and hair, clearly only in it for the cash and doesnt actually care about the dogs health

The woman that lives above me (separate flat naturally) is breeding her dog ( a Frenchie) and her cat! Repeatedly!!! The dog looks lovely but is never taken out, the kittens usually fall out of her bedroom window an d then wander into my flat... if they can avoid the attentions of Fred and Bella (my Basset and Labrador).

That's crazy, interspecies breeding? Would it be a putten? kippy? Cog? Dat? So many questions. Daft bint in the village decided she was going to breed her 'pedigree' retriever b

Didn't bother with genetic testing, or that of the sire, just left the two dogs in a room together to do what dogs do.
No subsequent vet checks, or anything like that.
Ended up with three still born puppies, and a £2,500 vet bill for an emergency caesarean.

So many people at it. It briefly came up in a discussion on LBC the other day. They were chatting about phasing out cash and saying the most popular cash only things were your typical things, vape shops, Turkish barbers, kebab vans and up the sharp end of the list was dog "breeders" which bemused the host slightly.
Easy to understand really when a litter or two a year of something trendy could net you £15-20K a year, you don't want that in traceable income and paying the tax on it and having to do self assessments.
