Recomend grain free soft dog biscuits please

As per ther title, i have changed my elderly labs biscuits to grain free which really seems to have helped her stomach. I mix this with a pouch of wet food. The biscuits themselves are rock hard though and she struggles with them a bit.

Does anyone know of any similar that have a bit of give in them or aren't rock hard, such as bakers, although I don't think you can get these grain free.

Mix it with the “gravy” made with left over oven roast fats etc?

When we've had dogs who've lost a lot of teeth and struggle with kibble, we just soak the kibble in warm water for about 20 minutes. That is for large kibble - it would depend on the size.
