Poop identification

To confuse things i am in phoenix atm , found this by the front door in a gated off area , i have no idea which arse it came from , what set this off was spotting a large lizard on next doors roof , i was a distance away but it looked like the size of a iguana (not a large one though) looking on google it was bigger than anything that should be about and it doesn’t look to be iguana.
