Toys for Boredom

Suggestions on good toys or things to chew on for my Shiba? He's 5mths and his bored of his puzzle feeder where you press the top and it ejects into compartments. Now he just up ends in and moves it around the room. Going through a phase of destroying puppy pads but in the night he's fine and doesn't touch it. Only in the day when I'm away for a few hours. Anything soft he guts in an hour or so. Got him a few things to chew on but want to keep him interested. He far smarter than most dogs.
