Edit, title should read Cat Toy ID

Having recently had these two cheeky guys move in.

We'd like to be able to keep them stimulated while we're working. Alfie, right, amuses himself with a spring toy which I've found replacements for when they get lost under furniture. Romeo, left, however preferred a ball that I presume contained another ball so it rolled erratically or you could make spin back if you flicked it. Unfortunately it's been broken and I'd like to replace it. Can anyone identify it and suggest where we can get a replacement. He has plenty of other balls but this one he would play with by himself batting it around the kitchen. It's about the size of a ping pong ball and made of hard plastic.

Not sure what that specific one is but when Sid was around I had a Cheerble for him.
Was USB chargeable and rolled about or jumped when he batted it. Kept him occupied for minutes biggrin

Thanks for that, they do have am electronic ball but while they watch it it doesn't amuse them for long where as the hard ball can keep him playing for ages and really gets him running around chasing it as it bounces off all boards below the kitchen cupboards.

At those prices I'd expect them to empty the litter tray too!

Mine has a catnip fish, 2-3 rabbit fur mice and a small plastic ball that I think came out of a Christmas cracker. String is good too.

The only thing my cat would chase was a laser pen.

Thanks for all the ideas. They have no shortage of toys that we can play with them it's really something he can play on his own with and he loved batting 6 shades out of this little ball until some stupid human accidentally stomped on it.

Despite all the expensive toys one goes wild for these cat springs which I got 8 for £1 and amazingly we've managed to not permanently loose.

Talking of catnip. I bought some of these Silver Vine chew sticks as they'd taken to chewing almost every plant we had.

They went absolutely wild for them they could smell it through the packaging when they where delivered and I took it off them initially as I thought they might break there teeth and then I realised it was some sort of cat crack. They where rolling around in some kind of euphoria, apparently it is safe and none addictive but I'm not sure I want two little junkie cats.

Catnip Dreamies lick
My cat went mad over a small catnip beanbag type thing... agree, it’s feline dope.

My first cat was immune to catmint but my second cat loved it. So I grew some in the garden for her to roll in. Within a day or two it had disappeared - eaten down to the ground!

I'll have to get some catnip for the garden it's supposed to be much milder than this Silvervine that just drove them too wild.

Panic over, ok I know it was just me and Romeo panicking over the loss of his top toy but i found a pack of mixed balls in pets at home. amongst about 10 balls came 2 of these for the bargain price of £3. The local cat charity can have the rest for their open day next week and Romeo can once again pursue his football dream. Excuse the blurry action pic.

If you’re ever stuck for a toy a lid off a Pepsi bottle and/or some foil balled up can provide much entertainment

Cheers, some of the improvised toys are the favourite ones. Milk bottle tops with a treat in floating in a container full of water is another favourite as are the numerous boxes they like to hide in.
