Cats & Dogs... intelligence in human years

I read a while ago, that cats have the intelligence of an average two year old.
( I can vouch for that)

Dogs... seem to rate to about the 2 / 2.5yr mark... depending upon breed.
( Which I found surprising... thought that it would be higher than a cat)

I read a while ago that it was three year olds...
( Now it’s on par with dogs).
