Cat behaviour three months after Spaying

Morning All,

Some Cat advice please. We got our cat Spayed at the end of June and all was well until in the last three weeks she:

Has thrown on the weight (could also be furring up for winter)
Become very clingy and affectionate and wants to follow us everywhere - she was quite aloof prior Op.
Wants to go outside all the time but when she does ventures no further than the porch

Is this normal behavior, post op?
