Hi all!

I currently run a community145L tank, with 3 Odessa barbs, 3 sunset platies, 5 x-ray tetras, 2 panda corys and 4 peppered corys. I have also recently rehomed 6 juvenile guppies. (2 males and 4 females I believe). Current filtration is Fluval 307, fluval internal heater and a clip on LED that came with the tank (AquaOne Oak). Tank is planted with African Swords, a crypt plant, java fern and anunias. I also have some pothos handing from the top. Currently all tank inhibitants are doing well. Tank has been running for around 2 years.

I am offered a 375L tank at a great price which after some deliberation have decided to go for it, as my daughter would really like my current tank.
My plan is to move all my fish and plants to the new tank. I will not be adding new fish stock in the mean time, as I want to ensure everything is ok first.
I am planning to add some angels, probably more tetras and a plec plus driftwood to the new tank.

This is my first large tank so I have a few questions.

1) Do I need to cycle the new tank? I do have a few decor in the tank which I am transferring over to new tank. I am reusing old media where possible
2) Filtration : I am pretty much set on Oase Biomaster 600. Any thoughts on this?
3) Lighting : This is where I am stuck. I am leaning towards Fluval AquaSky 2.0 LED but I would required the largest version (33W) to fit my tank. Does anyone have any recommendations?
4) Driftwood : AsI am planning to get a plec, I am looking at adding driftwood to to tank. The seller does have an old drifwood which is now dry that is included. The wood is black though so not sure if it was dyed. Would it be better if I buy new driftwood and if so can anyone recommend any that has minimal tannins and where is the best place to purchase?
5) Substrate : I currently have black sand substrate which I intend to keep. However I am also thinking of mixing with some larger gravel at one end of the tank. Would this be a bad idea?
