Dog clippers

I've always done my dogs hair (Welsh terriers). I use a combination of scissors and stripping but when it comes to the ears they won't tolerate stripping and scissors make a mess except for doing the extremities.

...so can anyone recommend a small (and quiet) electric clipper for the pooches lugs?
