Kennel heating

Does anyone use heating in their kennels for outside dogs? If so, what do you use? Are there any low voltage or battery solutions that are any good?

Guess not then. Just cold dogs.

I'm guessing the vast majority of dogs, do not live outside.

Find a farmer who might treat them more like a commodity, rather than a family pet.

Well even Amazon have quite a large range, although you have to search for low voltage ones.

Most people in our village have them in kennels, but I'm several thousand miles away from asking at the moment. I assumed there would be some PHers wo work their animals, or just keep them outside, but I guess not. Just trying to plan something for the winter.

Interestingly outside was far more prevalent until recently, apparently only 20% of dogs live outside now (according to a quick google).

You could answer just about any thread with a Google or Amazon search, but always better to get first-hand recommendations IMHO.

I'm actually surprised it's that much, but I'm not rural .

Yeah outside dogs definitely a countryside thing. I think theft is a big concern in towns too.
