Try some antihistamines. Stings can remain in the body for a while, same as with people. Last month I had a horse fly bite that lasted a week with massive swelling, to the pain point I honestly thought my wrist was broken again. You’ll need to go to the pharmacy and get some piriton with the active ingredient chloraphenamine at 4mg, most have 10mg and that will be far too much for them. A box of 28 is usually a couple of quid. How much does your dog weigh in kg?
