What insect is this?

Hi all

Can anybody tell me what this insect is? Looks like some sort of Lacewing but I can’t seem to find what it is.

It did have all of its legs, it just happened to move as I was capturing the picture.

Crane Fly with a leg missing?

I'd take a stab at a Small Yellow-legged Robber Fly (or similar species):



ETA: it's definitely not a lacewing, 'cos lacewings have two pairs of wings, whereas you can see the halteres ('drumsticks') on this one, which tells you that it's two-winged (diptera).
