We had set up a subscription, then one lot didn't arrive so we had to buy nearest equivalent from a store.

Now they've returned a payment and saying they can't advise when the next lot will be despatched.

Wind in some very poor response times to questions about delivery failings, is it just us or anyone else?

Dog had been doing really well on it so it's a pity.

I get mine form Zooplus. They have all sizes available from 60 tablets to 2 x 300 tablets, quick to deliver too.

Yes, thanks, they do, as do Argos, but not the specific one he was on.

We've reviewed the various declared contents of the ones available in Amazon and Argos, and can find some that have similar content but in different strengths, plus some ingredients missing, others in place.

So we've made arrangements to use what is possibly an inferior product but at a higher price.

Customer service has been, frankly, abysmal.

Was simply enquiring if others were having any problems.

Ooh, in a few days it's gone this morning from, sorry we can't supply, returning your payment, no idea when we can next supply, to thank you for your order, be with you in 3 to 5 days. Mind you that's what they said before...

I'm convinced the key ingredient in YuMove is the green lipped mussel and that can be bought much cheaper as a stand alone supplement, then just buy other (also cheaper) general joint care supplements containing glucosamine, chondroitin etc to go with it.

And after a short efficient session we're back to the garbage service. Not sure whether the issue is the original supplier, Whistl, or Royal Mail. Grrrr.

Out of 4 deliveries, two have screwed up. Second one never arrived.

Look folks, maybe we've been unlucky, but really, good customer service is not just saying oops we will refund and send you a free one. Figure out where you're getting it wrong. Investigate, from such as Trustpilot appear to be not the only ones.
