The are noisy and like threatening the cat and she doesn't like it.

Is there anything they don't like ?

Louis & our local magpies have reached a point where they just ignore each other - even when the odd one wanders around a few feet away from him.
Lily gets much the same.
They don't bother calling at the cats any more.

ETAIf you wanted to get rid then trap & release elsewhere or shoot. Problem is that you will just get others taking over the vacant territory.
Using decoys of owls or birds of prey will usually see the decoy being mobbed - so more noise - until they realise it's a fake & then they'll just ignore it.

If you leave them to flourish they'll reduce the songbird population to nil in remarkably short order, by ravaging their eggs and chicks.

Best read up on a country sporting/shooting pursuits website about what you can and can't do about these and crows.
