Happy New Year All!

So whilst watching some cr%p on the TV this afternoon I reached down to grab the remote and saw a massive spider, screamed like a girl then caught the beast.

It looks a bit big, and had a huge head, can any spider experts ID it?

Excuse dodgy photos it was still in the glass.

Thanks in advance!

Not sure but get on the phone to the RAF, an air strike should suffice.

I would do, but it is a bank holiday and a little windy so they would be a no show.

Feel safer sleeping in the woods now thanks.
What's not to love - an 8cm spider that likes to hide under the sofa?

We’ve got one about the size of my hand that moves too quickly for me to catch.

It’s in the front room somewhere but thankfully I don’t see it very often!

I had one of those fkers run across my face. I went one way and it went the other.

The false widows are the ones I'm wary of, a big fat one's camping outside the front door right now.

Thinking the same. I'd have had a heart attack if I found that.
