There is so many websites that offer this service, does anyone have recommendations for getting these done for my dog.

I've bought mine for years from Identitag:

Just go to pets at home, they have a machine that can do it while you wait.

Timpsons do it as well. We don’t bother anymore as they kept falling off.

Another vote for Pet Tags here.

I bought an acrylic one for my Lurcher back in April and it's showing no damage at all after being worn all the time.

I got fed up of conventional tags getting in the way as I tried to clip the leads back on so switched to these.
