5 month old rescue puppy - how hard to house train?

Hi all

We've found a puppy we like which is about 3 months old now. It's currently in Europe and won't be with us until c. 2 months time and is untrained.

How hard is it likely to be to house train do we think?

I'm keen to give it a go as he is beautiful but do this with my eyes open!

A couple of weeks of fairly consistent treatment. They do learn quite quickly.

Plenty of experience on here of how to do it. Methods vary, but essentially as long as you are consistent and reward the behaviour you want to see, you will be fine.

Our 1st pup we house trained during a snowy season. That was a challenge, snow was consumed in quantities roughly equating to an over full bladder.



For some reason bhes seem to catch on quicker.
