Not really a bird expert so hoping someone might be able to tell me what bird of prey this is please? Just spotted it flying about in the English Channel....

Not sure it's going to find many voles or mice half way between Cornwall and Northern France, on a cruise ship... laugh

Last seen sitting on a balcony - maybe it decided it's an easier way to get from Land's End to Southampton....

I was going to say it's a male as maybe there's some grey on it's head but I can't see any grey on the tail. It may be a juvenile male, or a female :-)
