Feeling very sorry for himself. Shivering, panting, and I would guess slightly nauseous at his swallowing.
Vets not much help really. no temperature. So just let it pass.
He was chomping on an old sweetcorn centre this morning. Could this be the cause?
Did you tell the vet about the sweet corn? When you say chomping is there any of the centre left? If not that’s highly likely to be a blockage. If you didn’t tell the vet do so immediately. They are really dangerous, do not delay.Vets not much help really. no temperature. So just let it pass.

Them vets dont sound much good
maybe the vets weren't so bad? Maybe it was a passing phase of nausea? Not every illness demands, or even can be treated. Perhaps some of the complainers on here about vets plugging extra tests and therapies should comment?Anyway, the good news is the result of nature sorting itself out.
We think he has sprained a muscle chasing a cat. this is the 2nd month in a row with a cat related injury. The last one resulted in a torn and infected nail bed.
Front leg is a bit tender depending on how quickly he moves it. He walks fine on it but every now and then it twinges.
The shakes appear to be the result of the twinge and expecting it to hurt the next time he moves. Which it does not.
Perhaps he might stop chasing the bloody things. at 9 he is getting too old for it!
