Giving CPR to an Elephant!

Any large animal vets on here who can comment whether giving CPR to an animal as large as a 'baby' elephant made any difference to this little chaps recovery from the accident or did it simply recover itself having been knocked off its feet and stunned?

I saw this video and immediately thought the heffalump didn't need CPR.
The poor little chap was probably winded by the impact of the motorbike.
Still, happy outcome by the look of it.
