3 shire [ Clydesdales ? ] horses in a local muddy field, seem to have water and feed but no dry shelter/ windbreak or even rain-blankets.

I'm tempted to phone SSPCA but the weather has been mild, should I mind my own, are they hardy beasts ?

a bit hard unless they have something they can get behind, plenty of hay will help but Doesn’t sound great , they are quite hardy but if they are wet and cold
They can lose condition especially as they get older ..
The worst thing is wind and rain , cold isn’t generally a problem otherwise..
if you think they are struggling noHarm in the SSPCA having a look ...

If the SSPCA fail, ou may be able to find a horse sanctuary or horse charity that may be willing to go look at them.

RSPCA are crap when it comes to checking on horses near me.
