Ned the Bulldog
Discussion
Thought Id share my buddy Ned (Non. Educated. Delinquent)
Always lusted after a Bulldog for since I was a teenager. The fascination must have come from when I was a kid being shown pictures of my great grandads ones from the 1930/40's when he bred them. One of them featured in the recruitment poster campaign for the war!
We had our beautiful daughter Ella in Nov 17 and not long after decided that now was the time to get one so they can grow up together.
We got him at 4 months old from a family in Cardiff. They had the litter and sold all the others but kept hold of Ned and wanted to keep him, but unfortunately there second kid was diagnosed with autism and already Neds mum and a little Staffy it was too much so I went down to get him. I still to this day feel a little guilty tbh. We spoil him rotten and has a big garden to have a riot in.
Anyway Here are some pics.
When we first got him
Early forced bonding ha
Nervous being out in open spaces, I'm not sure he ever did get walked
Filling out
Providing Ella with lots of giggles
Not a fan of cheap wine it seems
A test run in the Tent Box prior to next weeks Outer Hebrides Trip!!
Patrolling the Cul-De-Sac

We also have an old time called boris he is a complete and utter moron but so calm loveable and lovely natured.
It more than makes up for his habit of chewing shoes and running out into the garden when you need to go out/work and refuses to come back in.
For those new to the breed do your research as they have a fair few common ailments that can be expensive to treat.
But they are by far one the the most amusing of any dog I’ve met.
Also very rarely barks and sleeps a lot snores loudly and the noxious eruptions are nothing short of hilarious

A few more from his weeks adventure in the Tentbox in the Outer Hebrides! We just got back 2hrs ago!
He loved the beach!! Was conscious of him going on the beach as his front paws naturally splaw out too much and he struggles to walk on surfaces like gravel and pebbles etc. So worried about the sand irritating his paws. But nope! So that’s great news.
