What's this beetle/bug thing?!

My Googlefu has denied me, thought it was some kind of cricket thing first before it decided to fly at me!

Looks like a squashbug (similar to a shieldbug). Very harmless but watch out for the stink glands!

Near enough to point Google in the right direction, thanks! Seems to be a western conifer seed bug!
