Sorry to learn of your loss.

I’d strongly recommend The Dogs Trust

https://www.dogstrust.org.uk/

Really sorry to hear of your loss.

Have you any idea of what type of dog you're looking for?

And are you only looking for a puppy, or would you consider an older dog and/or rescue?

Only based on those particular breeds (and maybe your username) are you planning to work them?

Who me ?

Quick Google for me came up with this https://www.vizslarescue.org.uk/
Might be worth a look/ask.

Got a card from the vet today our dog was called poppy, inside the card was some poppy seeds to plant, a very nice touch from a vet we only used rarely, how nice was that

Sad to hear this, commiserations.

Can I suggest you don't rush into getting another dog.
If you do it straight away there's a tendency to be unhappy with the new dog because it isn't your old one and it does things differently, and thats very unfair on the new dog.

Gun 12b, I'm really sorry to hear you lost your dog, I dread the day.

I got my dog from this lot - https://www.rescueremediesdogrescue.co.uk - and he has been a truly fabulous dog. They do lots of good work and they take on some dogs that other rescues give up on.

This one - https://www.rescueremediesdogrescue.co.uk/viewtopi... - really tugs at the heartstrings.

That really is a lovely thing for them to have done.
