Jackson needs some suggestions for new toys for Christmas biggrin

He's a 7 month old Aussie, and his toys don't seem to be lasting very long these days. He loves soft toys, and has a couple of those Kong bears however they are no longer suitable, the last one (below) lasted about an hour hehe he also quite likes rubber balls and rope toys. I bought him a Nerf American football but that was destroyed in a couple of days. He's also got a heavy (florescent yellow) Kong bone which has stood up surprisingly well.

Can anyone suggest some toys which stand up well to puppies chewing on them?

I gave up on toys with my Lab. I thought about sending her off as a tester for the companies that use the word 'indestructible' on their packaging.

The only exception is a dog rattle ball that I got from Wilkos. But it drives me nuts so she gets that only occasionally. It's survived quite well but the constant picking it up and dropping it on the hardwood floors to get attention is relentless.

Antlers and pig ears keep her quiet.

Our dog has torn apart every toy we've given him, including KongBear.

He loves his Kong Balls though, one black (tough) and one red (medium). He's barely made a mark on either of them. He'll play on his own for hours, too, bouncing them and kicking them around the house.

Kong rubber toys for our German shepherd/collie cross.

He also gets the yakmilk chews - a medium one lasts him a week, and really does improve his breath!

Our Basset just get bored of the tough toys and leaves them. The enjoyment for him seems to ripping stuff to shreds.

Our 15 month old Weimaraner is a right muncher, anything with stuffing ends up making it look like there's been a snowstorm in the house.

We primarily give him rope toys now, which last far better. Also Kong toys are pretty tough, and solid nylon bones are a favourite and last for weeks.

The big bone and funny blue X things keep him occupied for ages:

My sister's dog (Lab) had one of those, also couldn't break it.
She has got a cuddly toy that is over a year old that she carries around & doesn't try to kill.

Our German Shepherds destroy everything that has been to them. The only exception is a small squeaky bear that was given to one of the dogs when it was a pup. This is carried around and drooled over.

Ted (my 5 y/o yellow Lab) likes Aldi dog toys. In particular a green rubber thing with a crinkly centre. It's still in one piece too! Anything stuffed gets shredded in seconds though.
