Dog eating grass and leaves

hi all, any thoughts on this

My dog has come home today from his daycare and is obsessed with eating grass and leaves. He constantly wants to go outside into the garden and just eat the leaves and on a quick walk did nothing other than eat grass.

He's been sick twice now straight after food

Has he just got a stomach ache and is feeling unwell?

He goes to a local day care. C.5 dogs. Not sure where they have walked today

Been going there a while and always ok. Was OK this morning, returned home coughing and they said he'd been eating grass.

Carried on when he got home. Wanted his food...then threw it up a few mains later

Scarily this happened with ours. Last week were out for Monday and Tuesday, eating grass like mad on Wednesday and threw up a bit Wednesday and Thursday, fine Friday.

Both of them.

We put it down to eating grass mulch from where the mowers had been.

His cough seems to have stopped now and he seems OK in himself....just desperate to go out.

Doesn't need the toilet, it's just to eat the leaves on our trees.
