Just wondering if anyone has had similar in the past.
Our cat is usually obsessed with food, will gobble a full sachet within a few mins and eat non stop. 4 days ago, he wouldent eat a treat then over the next few days he was having about a 1/4 of sachet and a couple of treats, little and often but we had to keep sort of forcing it down him, he has also been sleeping a lot.
Took him to vets who checked mouth and body and couldent see anything mega wrong but to come back for bloods in 2 days if no improvement, he was given an anti inflammatory and anti sickness.
Any idea what it could be? It was quite a sudden onset.

Hi
We had similar, and thought she was on the way out. Long story but the cause was a oil reed defuser that my wife put out at Christmas in the same room as the cat slept in.
It was basically every essential oil that cats react badly to and was settling on her fur which brought on pancreatitis, put it in the garage and she recovered in about 5 days
