Thought I would post this, weirdest thing I have seen in a long time.

Not unheard of in cockers seen a few over the years, not recently though.
I think can be heart related though syncope will happen for other reasons, I would hope they have done at least a 24hr heart monitoring equipment to establish if heart could be the cause or at least rule it out.
I saw a black cocker just drop when the vet made it run along our back lane at work. It recovered very quickly though.
