Afternoon guys. I am naked as write.

I think it is about time we addressed a subject that was close to our heart in the 80s, for about 9 years.

Males and females - UNITE! We have something here in our collective memory that I for one, being an alpha male, am thinking is ready for discussion.

The 80s were a time of turmoil, with males in the govenment being stretchered out of seaside hotels after attacks, fear around middle eastern stresses and a growing hatred for sea travel. Who could forget our leaders messing around about taxes and not having the benefit (in the early stages) of technology to make their world "smaller", to coin a phrase.

Cars were more distinctive, sure the Sierra was a shock, but we had not had the influx of overseas cars as much, American cars looked massive on our London surface streets and Snickers were called Marathons!

I'll leave it to our comedian friends like Reen and Peter Kay to deliver more observational wit about the 80s, skits and sketches are readily available on "youtube" or purchasable in shops.



So, males, I give you an 80s icon to discuss.

You should be ashamed of yourselves. Some "threads" on here get many pages of replies and a good debate. Me, an alpha, puts a contemporary topic up for solid debate and NOTHING.

I don't understand this post, why is it in the all creatures forum? Just because a dog from a soap is mentioned can't be enough of a reason!!
