All the local cats are congregating in next door’s garden. There seems to be more everyday. One has been just walking around the gardens screaming since Friday. My cat does not seem to be affected by the phenomenon, however he is using his litter tray more as I think he is intimidated by all the cats out there.

Only thing I can think of is they’re all unneutered males and are interested in next door’s kitten which presumably is a girl.

That, or next door’s kitten is dead and they can smell it or something. I haven’t seen the kitten in a few days and the neighbours are fking idiots who don’t know how to look after a small animal.

Any ideas?

Sitrep: I have returned from the pub and managed to sneak up on the buggers. This is a snapshot from a video I took, catching them out with the security light. Some were more startled than others.

They appear to be migrating in to my garden.

The screaming cat is a female on heat. The others are dirty buggers.
